First Aid Training

Glynn Emergency Training offers American Heart Association (AHA) training and certification for you and your staff. Our AHA First Aid training covers a range of common emergencies. In addition to the required topics, we tailor our training to address specific emergencies that your team is likely to encounter.

All of our courses are taught by experienced instructors who are active practitioners. They bring years of instructional and real-world experience to the skills they teach.

Why Choose Us?

At Glynn Emergency Training, we believe that EMS and fire instruction go beyond just obtaining a certification. While many can provide instructor certifications, we focus on ensuring that students truly understand the material and can recall it under pressure.

Our lesson plans are carefully designed with an emphasis on naturalistic and classical decision-making, incorporating effective teaching strategies such as interleaving, anchoring, and varied practice. These methods help solidify knowledge, making it easier for your team to apply what they've learned in real-life situations.

Our instructors come from a high-call volume department, responding to thousands of incidents each year, including large-scale industrial emergencies. Many of the incidents we handle today involve former students, demonstrating the effectiveness of our training.

We’ve developed our teaching methodology based on the critical differences between classroom demonstrations and field performance. Our combination of real-world experience and instructional expertise allows us to understand what is essential for developing competent and professional responders.

By choosing us, you invest in training that not only equips your team with certifications and lowers liability, but also prepares them to perform confidently and effectively when it matters most.
